Suitable candidates will have a Primary degree in Building Services or Mechanical Engineering and have a minimum of 5+ years experience working as a HVAC / Mechanical design engineer in a busy building services design office.
Proven experience of utilities and HVAC systems design in industrial applications, and you will ideally have experience in clean-room systems design in Pharmaceutical and/or Semiconductor industries.
Your design experience should include: conceptual and detailed design of HVAC systems for Pharmaceutical and or Semiconductor production facilities. Development of P&ID’s for dry and wet systems through all design stages: conceptual, preliminary and detailed engineering. Building Management Systems – development of systems architecture, specifications, controls strategies, sequence of operations through all design stages.
You will be responsible for the timely completion of all HVAC deliverable s, specifications, drawings and technical requisitions within strenuous quality and safety criteria.
You will have strong interpersonal skill to Interfacing with clients, vendors, and the project management team and other disciplines ensuring the highest level of service is provided.
These roles are with our client a leading world wide engineering consultancy working on large scale hi tech projects on a Contract FOR Services basis and are based in Cork, hourly rate is: €negotiable (depending on experience)
