Technical Project Administrator

Job Summary

Administrative support to the Technical Service Director & Business Development Team.

The post will also require a high degree of flexibility, commitment and organisational skills.

Main tasks and responsibilities will include

Administrative Support – Booking travel, updating databases, formatting presentations and documents. Arranging Workshops, manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments. Minute Taking. Managing online engineering system/portal.

Business Development – Tender Project assistance from receipt to submission stage, for all tenders received. Working with the relevant management teams on the collating of all material as required on the tender response and specification requirements. Compilation of all general information required for Bid. Ensuring participants involved in process adhere to agreed timelines. Coordinate the response material from all parties involved. Copy proofing / formatting of tender documents. Producing Presentations, updating CV, Printing of all Proposals. Managing BD Library. Issuing Non-Disclosure agreement. Maintaining the various systems salesforce & Link.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Excellent knowledge of – Word, MS PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
  • Bid document production
  • Coordinating the bidding process and preparing bid templates
  • Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues
  • Meeting deadlines internal and external
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  •            Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Ability to work on your own initiative
  • Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise within a busy workload
  • Flexibility and adaptability to juggle a range of different tasks and to work extra hours to meet deadlines
  •  Organised, Proactive, Efficient
