We are currently looking for an administrator for our client who is a leading constructional IT alliance who have a key focus on extending the use of IT in the construction sector.
They provide information and also run various training construction regarding IT.
The network focuses on ICT training needs within the Irish construction industry aiming to deliver courses to assist the advancement of technology in construction while continually upskilling with the technology available to control quality and costs, cashflow while still building safely. Member companies include Architects, Engineers, Main Contractors, Professional Institutions, Quantity Surveyors, Sub Contractors and Suppliers
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills!
The new Administrator will be responsible for:
Arranging, scheduling and supporting meetings – preparing agendas, taking notes
Running online webinars on MS Teams and Zoom
Drafting high quality reports, documents and committee papers
Compiling and distributing information, notes and documents as required
Managing and responding to correspondence for team and management
Providing administrative and operational support to the project team
Responsible for driving engagement on all major social media platforms (LinkedIN, Twitter)
Website maintenance for the project – updating content
Production and dissemination of newsletter on Mailchimp
Design of images on canva for use on the website, social media and in newsletters
The skills and experience you need:
Third level qualification
Minimum of 4+ years’ experience in an Administrative role providing project support
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Diary management and minute taking experience
MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Forms, Teams and PowerPoint)
Working knowledge of running online webinars on MS Teams and Zoom
Working knowledge of Mailchimp and Canva
Working knowledge of WordPress and Squarespace backend user platforms
Strong administrative coordination abilities, customer service experience
