Architectural Technologist – (Dublin 4)

Kppm are looking to recruit an experienced Architectural Technologist for our client a leading design focused practice. Would you like to join a dynamic office with a strong reputation and tradition of delivering excellence from sketch design through to construction stage across a broad range of sectors across: Commercial mixed use, residential, education, hospitality, civic and infrastructural projects. You will gain diverse experience in residential, commercial and hotel projects. 

Job Requirements:

·         Suitable candidates must hold a 3rd level qualification as an Architectural Technologist with a minimum of 5 years’ post graduate experience.

·         You will have excellent knowledge and experience of statutory consent processes, current Building Regulations, and the BC(A)R process.

·         Familiar with NBS Specification systems, Irish, British and other European Technical Standards.

·         Strong detailing, technical and construction knowledge is essential for this role, combined with design development and tender assembly.

·         Strong communication, organisational and coordination skills, demonstrating ability to oversee day to day site stage of projects in conjunction with Design / Main Contractor Teams

·         AutoCAD essential, Revit desirable.

·         Motivated, enthusiastic, creative and flexible person who works well in a team or alone.

Hybrid working is an option.

Salary will be negotiable depending on your experience.
