BIM Technician (Belgium)

Kppm is looking to recruit a BIM Technician for our client an award winning Architectural Practice.

Our client provides the following services:  Architecture, Master planning, Interior Design, Project Management, Sustainability and BIM Modelling with a very strong National and International client portfolio in all industry sectors including:  Commercial, industrial, Healthcare, Educational and Hi Tech Industry’s including: Pharmaceutical, Lifesciences, Datacentre and Semiconductor projects.

Responsibilities

·         You will be responsible for the delivery of technically sound architectural deliverables (drawings, specification, schedules), in accordance with project standards and schedules.

·         You will be involved in a variety of industries with high demands such as life-science, pharma, food, datacentres etc.

·         You will work with the team and other disciplines and sites to achieve a coordinated and quality result.

·         You will help further development of BIM and developing standards to ensure that BIM continues in the office.

·         You will be involved in clients, – & site visits to provide construction and technical support.

Education & Experience

·         Suitable candidates must have a wide background in applied Architecture, Architect, Assistant Architect or equivalent through experience.

·         You must have 4+ years’ experience working on, large-scale industrial and commercial projects.

·         Thorough knowledge of CAD and related software : Autocad and Revit skills being essential.

·         Thorough knowledge of construction: architecture with integration of building techniques and local building codes.

·         A good knowledge of Revit and MS Office

·         You are proactive, driven, eager to learn AND can work in a multidisciplinary team.

·         You must communicate fluently both in Dutch/English (both in writing and verbally), French is an advantage.

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
