Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Private Aviation based in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
kppm are working with “Our Client” a Global Airport Operations Management Company to recruit a suitable applicant for this role.
To manage, develop and foster Our Client‘s International relationship with their end user client in Saudi Arabia.
This role will have ultimate responsibility for the operation and commercial development of private aviation in both Riyadh and Jeddah.
The CEO will lead and manage Our Client‘s International private aviation team, providing support and strategic guidance. Furthermore, the purpose of this role is to develop sustainable commercial revenues for both the end user client and our client through property assets, retail, concessions and other commercial activities in the private aviation campuses.
The CEO will also be responsible for developing and securing additional business, outside of this contract, with another partner client.
Suitable applicants must have:
Strong experience in real estate or property development.
A minimum of 10 years in similarly senior management positions.
Proven people management and team leadership skills with the ability to handle complex strategic relationships.
Effective relationship management skills, with a strong focus on building partnerships and trust with clients and stakeholders.
Sound leadership skills and commercial acumen.
Strong communication skills with proven ability to negotiate/influence at a senior level.
Key Responsibilities include:
Ownership of the business relationship with our client’s partners and other key stakeholders related to the private aviation business.
Ownership of the private aviation contract including the operation, associated developments and commercial businesses.
Ownership of meeting requirements and achieving agreed deliverables as per the contract.
Represent our client and or the end user client in meetings and negotiations with stakeholders including but not limited to regulatory and state entities.
Identification and development of potential areas for further partnership with the end user client, leading to an expanded contract scope and/or additional revenue generation.
Foster a relationship with the end user client in order to become an integral part of the partnerships senior executive team.
Foster and develop strategic relationships with FBOs, commercial partners, state agencies and regulatory authorities.
Lead and drive team performance i.e. ensure performance standards are aligned to the client’s needs and are clearly understood, provide regular feedback, conduct formal performance reviews against agreed KPIs and ensure timely resolution of performance issues.
Remuneration/Package: This role is guaranteed to come will come with an attractive remuneration package, it will be tax free and currently open to negotiation with the right candidate
