Civil Project Manager Design and P.M. on large scale Water Industry Projects

Location: South-West of Ireland

kppm are looking to recruit a Civils Project Manager with strong Design and Project Management experience to work for our client a leading industry consulting engineering firm who work on  large-scale civil engineering projects within their Water Division.   You will work on a large number of civil engineering and watermain rehabilitation projects across Cork / Kerry / the South-West

Suitable Applicants must have:

Degree in Civil Engineering plus a minimum of 6+ years experience in design and Project management.

Applicants who have a strong background in Modelling would have an advantage.

Experience in civil engineering/water services design and project management.

Experience of working in collaboration with other design disciplines and with contractors.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent written English

Main Duties (non-exhaustive):

Design / Modelling

Management of a team of engineers

Programming of all work deliverables

Communication with client (daily interface)

Attending site walkabouts in the South-West region on a regular basis

(2/3 days per week)

Management of sub-consultants.
