Job Description

Document Controller ( Blanchardstown)

Skills/Knowledge

· The ability to proof read tender proposals / Prequalification questionnaires before submission.

· Efficient in Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint in particular)

· Ability to copy text from operations teams and put in InDesign Templates (InDesign experience is not essential as training will be provided)

· Ability to work in a deadline driven and high-pressure environment.

· Good computer literacy.

· Microsoft Outlook experience essential.

· Salesforce experience would be a plus.

Personal Spec

· Ability to multitask.

· Dependable, reliable and enthusiastic individual.

· Ability to work as part of a team and also autonomously.

· Good communication skills as this is essential with operations teams; High standard of written English.

· Impeccable Organisational skills (for ensuring all tender docs are downloaded correctly)
