IT / ICT Manager – Dublin/Construction
kppm are looking to recruit an IT / ICT Manager to work for our client in the Public Sector working on Public Sector projects Educational and Health Care to work on a large-scale Campus project in Dublin.
Main duties would be to deliver an IT Strategy working internally on the IT Management Systems and with the 3rd party outsourced IT Support Services company they use.
Suitable Candidates will have:
A relevant IT / ICT 3rd level qualification with a minimum of 4 years experience in IT/ICT Management with at least 1 year working on delivering IT Strategy on large scale projects.
Strong Knowledge and experience working with companies who use SharePoint is essential.
Ability to prioritise workload when managing tasks at hand.
Ability to work accurately under pressure to meet project targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensuring the delivery of the company’s IT Strategy
- Work with the management team and various teams to develop the use of SharePoint / One drive so all departments (Total of 30 people across 5 x departments) are brought together and using SharePoint to create a seamless workflow.
- Create a smarter work focus through IT/ICT management, systems, and training
- Look at and work with the current 3rd party outsourced IT Support company to get best results incorporated into the IT Strategy for them to preform and work smarter across all departments.
The role is initially for 12 months fixed term contact, it may be extended.

35 hour working week Monday to Friday or can be offed on a part time basis or consultancy basis.
Salary or hourly rate is currently negotiable depending on Experience.
