Maintenance Fitter (Dublin) Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

kppm are delighted to offer the opportunity to suitable Maintenance Fitters to apply for a fantastic opportunity with our client a leading Pharmaceutical Company based in South West Dublin where you will be part of a dynamic team helping to improve production processes.

 To apply suitable candidates must have:  A relevant Mechanical/Fitter trade qualification and experience working on a high speed filling and packaging equipment in a controlled and regulated environment preferably in the pharmaceutical industry or in the healthcare/food industry’s and be familiar with GMP practices in maintenance.

Experience working in cross functional teams.  Excellent interpersonal skills and Communication skills.  Proven ability to work in a fast paced environment.  You will be a Self-starter who takes initiative and works with minimal guidance

 

Main Duties will include:

Maintenance and servicing equipment.

Supporting set up and change overs.

Supporting and helping to maximise production performance.

Continuous improvement reducing downtime.

Maintain documentation to highest GMP standard including work orders, logbooks, GMP forms, LPR’s , Training records and Plant Datebooks.

Complete planned maintenance work orders and enter all relevant information in PEMAC.

Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate spare parts stock.

Ensure Compliance with cGMP, Health & Safety, Environmental and company standards.

Operate computer based equipment as may be necessary to fulfil job role e.g. BMS, ePAS4, eQuality, MAI, PEMAC.
