Mechanical & Electrical Project Managers (Ireland and Mainland Europe)

kppm are currently looking to search and select  a number of Mechanical and Electrical Project Managers for our client a leading long established M&E Main contractor.For roles with them on projects in Ireland including Dublin and Kildare and also Europe including: Netherlands, Sweden and Belgium. Typical projects include:  Commercial Mixed Use and Hi-Tech industrial including Pharmaceutical and Data Centre projects.

Suitable applicants must have:

• Relevant third level qualification essential (Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering Degree
• Minimum 5 years’ experience post qualification in managing MEP projects with a minimum value of €10m – €50m
• Proven ability in delivering MEP projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L
• Proven ability to manage an existing core team / develop the team
• Prefabrication and modular build experience preferable
• Excellent IT skills essential and a good understanding of programmes including CSA activities
• Proven ability to work both individually and as part of a multi-functional team
• Excellent communication and organisation skills essential
