Quantity surveyor- Longford based
My client is looking for a Quantity surveyor for longford
Ideal candidate must be capable of conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs. Preparing, negotiating and analyzing costs for tenders and contracts. Coordination of work effort. Valuing completed work and arranging for payments. Project management experience an advantage.

They must hold a relevant quantity surveying degree and have 5+ year’s experience in the Irish construction industry. Excellent communication skills both written and oral and the ability to work independently and as part of a team is an advantage.
