Senior Contracts Surveyor – Cork
Kppm are looking to recruit a Senior Contracts Surveyor for our client a Tier 1 leading Construction Company in Ireland with a strong focus on client satisfaction working with clients on their construction projects in the following industries: Commercial/Mixed Use, Retail, Large Scale Residential, Healthcare, Educational and Hotel and Leisure, Microelectronics, Pharmaceutical, Manufacturing and Healthcare Industries.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the Chief Surveyor/Director you will be responsible for all surveying functions on a number of medium to large projects.
You will be responsible for all aspects from project award through to negotiation of final accounts.
Management and training of contract/junior surveyors

Education and Experience
Suitable candidates must have a 3rd level qualification – ARICS or equivalent
Must have 7 years’ experience of working on own initiative with responsibility for all surveying functions for a number of projects.
Experience of large commercial projects from a main contracting environment.
Good personality, ambitious and commercial outlook.
Based in head Office initially and then allocated to a site in the Dublin region.
Experience with main contractor preferable.

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
