Site Manager – Dublin

Kppm is looking to recruit a Site Manager for our client a leading construction company who work on the following projects: Commercial, Educational, Healthcare, Hotels, Industrial, Residential and Pharmaceutical.

Responsibilities

·         You will ensure the daily site works are performed in accordance with the project construction Programme.

·         You will plan and review the status of the project on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the Project Manager, Site Engineer and Construction Manager.

·         You will ensure all site resources (labour, machinery, materials, sub-contractors etc.) are effectively utilised and monitored.

·         You will strive to achieve timely completion of projects by overseeing the execution of the work, including quality and production, and by ensuring that the crews work to job specifications and follow drawings.

·         You will participate in safety investigations and reviews to any safety issues.

Education & Experience

·         Suitable candidates must have a relevant third level qualification with a minimum of 5+ year’s experience working on a large-scale construction project.

·         Ability to work on own initiative

·         Self-motivated and hard worker

·         Analytical and decision-making skills

·         Technical and practical knowledge of the building industry important

·         Excellent written and oral presentation skills

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
