Construction Site Manager – Residential Projects (Greystones, Co. Wicklow)

Kppm is looking to recruit a Construction Site Manager for our client a leading construction company who specialise in building Residential, Commercial, Conservation and Fit out and projects.

We are seeking an energetic, results driven and self‐motivated individuals with a proven track record in main building contracting and/or residential developments.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the day‐to‐day execution of contracts, site safety, direction of direct employees, subcontractors and liaise with client site representatives.
• Responsible for quality on site and compliance with and implementation of QA procedures.

Education & Experience

1. Suitable candidates have a trades or construction qualification with a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a Site Manager with experience in project delivery in the commercial and residential sector.
2. Candidates will be responsible for complete day to day operations of the site, including the coordination and supervision of onsite personnel and sub-contractors.
3. Maintain Health & Safety and Quality Assurance.

This is a staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
