Quantity Surveyor ‘s (Dublin) – Main Contractor/Construction Kppm are currently looking to recruit a number of Quantity Surveyors who have Main Contractor Tier 2 or Tier 1 background. We are currently looking to recruit 3 x Quantity Surveyors for a very well-established main contractor who work on various projects including: Commercial Mixed Use – Industrial including Hi Tech Datacentre – Educational – Healthcare – Leisure – Residential.
2 x Roles are site based on a Large Public Educations Project in Dublin City Centre.
1 x Role is office based with our client in West Dublin.
Suitable candidates will have a relevant 3rd level degree qualification plus a minimum of 4 to 5 years experience working in Ireland on Irish construction projects with an Irish Main Contractor on mixed use projects.
Reporting to the commercial director who has been an APC Assessor since late 90’s he would be a great mentor to anybody in the process or looking to become chartered
