Architect – RIAI Registered – (Dublin)

Kppm are looking to recruit an Architect – RIAI Registered for our client an award winning design practice in Dublin who work on Architecture, Urban Design, Masterplanning and Interior Architecture on Commercial Mixed Use, Residential, Education, Hospitality, Civic and Infrastructural projects.

You will assist the leadership team in the delivery of a suite of projects in the Hospitality, Leisure and Education sectors. 

You will have a knowledge of working with public sector and GCCC contracts would be expected.

Education and Experience

·        Suitable candidates must Degree qualified Architects with a minimum of 5+ year’s experience with RIAI or similar Part 3 accreditation.

·        Good design and detailing skills.

·        Strong graphic skills with proficiency in InDesign and Photoshop

·        Knowledge of site stage and government forms of contract.

·        Ability to carry out some contract administration (under the guidance of an Associate Director)

·        Proficiency in CAD- Training can be provided for Revit projects as required.

·       Experience using Revit software is advantageous, but training can also be provided through their CPD programme.  

·        Good administrative and management skills

·        Strong design, communication and presentation skills.

This is a permanent staff role and salary is negotiable depending on experience.
