Architect (Senior Level / Project Lead)  For the role of Project Lead Architect with the responsibility to deliver on  large scale Hi Tech Industrial projects up to and above the value of €500 million i.e.: Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Semiconductor type projects from concept through to completion.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the world’s leading multi-disciplinary engineering companies who have divisions across all disciplines including: Architectural – Civil/Structural – Mechanical/Electrical/Process working on large-scale hi-tech projects for end user blue chip clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Semiconductor industries from Concept Design Stage through to Project Hand over stage.

As a minimum suitable candidates will have:  A professional qualification in Architecture.

Be a registered architect or eligible for registration as an Architect under the Building Control Act 2007 without requiring further assessment.

A Minimum 10+ years experience design and project lead (minimum 4+ years leading a team) to deliver on large-scale hi-tech projects i.e.: Pharmaceutical, Biopharma, Semiconductor type projects.

You will also have:  Proven track record in delivering large scale projects up to €500 Million.

Strong interpersonal communication and co-ordination skills with the ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams on specialist industrial projects, setting targets and supporting the team to delivery.

Proven track record in all work stages, including preparation of statutory applications, managing tender and construction documentation and on-site delivery of projects.

Proven track record of managing large teams through all stages of the project lifecycle to schedule and within budget.

Strong Design and technical experience

Detailed knowledge of planning legislation, building regulations, Health & Safety legislation and BCAR

Good knowledge of Revit/AutoCAD required and other software skills including Sketchup, Photoshop and Certified Revit training will be a benefit

Location:  Our client has offices in both Dublin and Cork and you can be located in either : Dublin or Cork office with hybrid working options also available

 Terms:  Our client can offer this key role on either a full-time employment/staff basis or long term contract for services if that is your preference /   Salary or Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience.
