Architectural Technologist – (Dublin)

Kppm is looking to recruit an Architectural Technologist for our client one of the Top established and renowned Irish Architectural Practices. Working on large-scale residential/commercial and mixed-use projects.

You will be offered the opportunity to work on large-scale projects on: Commercial Mixed Use, Residential, Education, Healthcare, Hotels and Leisure, Retail and Offices.

Education & Experience:

·         Suitable candidates must be qualified Architectural Technologist with 5-7 years professional experience and 10+ years Construction experience

·         Good working knowledge of current Irish building and statutory regulations.

·         Design and project delivery experience is a distinct advantage.

·         You should have good work ethic and organisational and communication skills, strong technical knowledge and a passion for design implementation.

·         Conversant with the Irish Building Regulations and Planning Policies

·         Conversant with BC(A)R

·         Essential skills with Autodesk Revit

·         Knowledge of NBS Specification Software (Create or Chorus)

·         Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign / Illustrator

·         Strong presentation and graphic skills

·         Experience in a variety of construction methods

·         Strong technical skills and construction detailing

·         Attention to detail, precision and accuracy

·         Good interpersonal skills and effective liaison with external specialists

·         Knowledge of the BIM process

·         Positive work ethic and self-motivated approach

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
