Architectural Technologist – (Dublin City Centre)

kppm are looking to recruit Architectural Technologist’s for our client an award winning architectural practice in the heat of Dublin City Centre who work on projects including: – retail, leisure, commercial, residential, industrial, hospitality and the public sector.

You will have the opportunity to gain exposure working on all project stages, both in the office and on-site, across a varied range of projects. You will have the opportunity to excel in your career and work your way up.

This role will also give you the exposure of working on live projects using Revit to contemporary BIM standards, supported by an in-house BIM team.

Requirements:

·        Suitable candidates must be qualified Architectural Technologists

·        3+ years’ experience

·        Strong experience in large residential/commercial projects preferred

·        Possess excellent communication skills

·        Have excellent technical knowledge of building construction

·        Have good technical design skills

·        Hands-on experience managing a project through the RIAI stages

·        Full proficiency in Autodesk Revit

·        Full knowledge of Irish Building Regulations

·        Previous experience working in teams and on multiple projects simultaneously

This is a staff position and the salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
