Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion Partner kppm are looking to recruit an EDIP for our client a leading construction company who are consistently developing and improving upon their business and they are now looking to further their EDI across their business with the addition of a new EDI Partner based at their head office in West Dublin.
Suitable Applicants will have:
- A 3rd level qualification HR, Psychology and or Business Administration, Management would be desirable plus: Strong knowledge of EDIB related legislation and keeping abreast of the ongoing changes – mainly for Ireland and UK; ideally also experience in mainland Europe.
- Proven experience in creating, implementing and delivering new policies.
- CIPD qualifications (or equivalent EDIB specialist experience).

As a dedicated EDI Partner across our client’s business, you will drive the agenda for Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging. This encapsulates the whole business, including Ireland, UK, and their projects in other European countries across a variety of exciting sectors and ground-breaking projects. Based at our clients Dublin (Ireland) head office with regular travel to their other offices and project sites in Ireland, the UK and occasionally, in Europe, you will be a key member of their progressive and motivated HR team.
The successful candidate will have a pragmatic approach to influence, engage and deliver our EDIB agenda and our culture.
Duties:
- Collaborating with key stakeholders across the business ensuring to further evolve the EDIB strategy and drive implementation of agreed actions.
- Design, manage, facilitate and evaluate engaging innovative EDIB learning, and education plans covering topics such as Inclusive Language / Behaviour, EDIB mentoring programme, cultural awareness programmes, and inclusive recruitment.
- Working closely with the Communications team to create a communications plan for internal and external stakeholders.
- Taking on a Prominent role in sustaining and aiding the setup of new ERGs within the business and co-delivering associated plans with ERG.
- Inputting policy and process reviews and development, to cover the full employee lifecycle and breadth of diversity needs.
- Identifying and working to relevant metrics or KPIs to measure the impact of plans and to ensure they drive meaningful change as devoted to in Gender Pay Gap reports, Irish Centre for Diversity accreditation process, and employee survey/ feedback.
