Project Quantity Surveyor (PQS) Dublin,  kppm have a fantastic career opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor with our client an established firm of Chartered Quantity Surveyors in Dublin City Centre.

Suitable candidates will have as a minimum: A Level 8 degree in Quantity Surveying plus 5+ years of experience in the role of PQS in Ireland working on Mixed use projects. Ideally chartered but not essential.

Our Client and their Project experience:  Residential, Student Accommodation Commercial Office, Retail, Hotel and Leisure, Logistics and Healthcare shell and core and fit out projects and are experts in providing cost consultancy services on large scale construction projects.  Services include Quantity Surveying, Value Engineering, Public and Private Partnerships and are highly recommended by well know clients for their professional reputation.

Location:  Dublin with flexibility and hybrid option of (2 days from home, 3 days in the office).

Salary / Package:  Negotiable depending on experience.
