Setting Out Engineer – School Project  (South Dublin)

Kppm are looking to recruit a Setting-Out Engineer in South Dublin for our client who are a progressive Main Contractor both the Public and Private Sector who work on projects up to €30 Million. Projects include: Residential, Commercial, Education, Fit out works, Healthcare, Hotel & Leisure, Industrial and Social Infrastructure.

The Setting out Engineer will report to Site Management and be responsible for the implementation of the planned design, providing all setting out on site.

Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), and attending regular meetings of progress

Education and Experience

·        Suitable candidates must have a Degree in Engineering / Construction with strong experience working as Setting Out Engineer in Ireland or the UK.

·        Minimum of 4 years’ experience & be able to work on their own initiative

·        Solid Setting out experience on concrete and steel structure projects using GPS and total station.

·        Be highly motivated and organised

Package to include Van, Phone, laptop & fuel card, salary will depend on the right candidate.

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
