Site Manager – (Fit-Out)  – Commercial Projects (Dublin)

Kppm are looking to recruit a Site Manager with Fit-Out Experience for our client a leading construction main contractor with a strong focus on client satisfaction working with clients on their construction projects in the following industries: Commercial/Mixed Use, Retail, Large Scale Residential, Healthcare, Educational and Hotel and Leisure, and Hi-Tech project including Data Centres.

Responsibilities

·        Day-to-day management, coordination and monitoring of the site labour force and specialist subcontractors

·        Assist the Project team to monitor progress to meet agreed programme targets

·        Ensure works are delivered to the highest possible quality standards

·        Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations and company policies at all times

·        Work closely with supply chain and subcontractors to maintain positive relationships and culture on the ground

Education and Experience

·        Suitable candidates must hold a Third level qualification or Trades background (Excellent knowledge of Trades)

·        You must have 7-10 year’s Site Management experience

·        Previous experience ideally large-scale commercial/mixed-use development projects experience beneficial

·        IT skills – knowledge of Microsoft software

·        Excellent delegation and organisational skills

·        Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with others

This is a full time staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
