Site Manager  – Healthcare Projects (Dublin)

Kppm is looking to recruit a Site Manager in Dublin for a Healthcare projects.

Our client one of the leading Construction Companies in Ireland with a strong focus on client satisfaction working with clients on their construction projects in the following industries:  Commercial, Educational, Fit Out, Refurbishments, Food Processing, Healthcare, Hotel / Leisure, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Residential and Retail.

Education and Requirements

·         Suitable candidates must have a relevant qualification in Construction / Engineering or from a

Trades Background with a minimum of 5+ years at Site Management having progressively worked their way up to the role of Site Manager over a number of years working for construction main contractors.

·         Experience working on project to the value of €10m+ preferably.

·         Candidates with Building Shell & Core and some Civils experience.

This is a staff position and salary is €Negotiable depending on experience.
