System Turnover Lead

Project:          Large Pharmaceutical Manufacturing facility

Project Experience preferred:                   Life Science / Pharmaceutical

Location:        Denmark / North of Copenhagen

Job Purpose:

This is a key position in the delivery of a large-scale, multi-discipline  pharmaceutical project. The System Turnover Lead will deliver multi discipline Systems Completion and Turnover activities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Relevant 3rd Level Mechanical Engineering or equivalent Degree plus 10+ years experience working as a System Turnover lead working  on large scale Life Science / Pharmaceutical Projects.

·        Excellent written and oral English skills.

·        Strong organizational, planning and coordination, People Management skills.

·        Strong technical, prioritization and management skills.

·        Good communication, influencing and interface skills.

·        Adaptable with excellent problem-solving skills.

·        Detail orientated.

Key Responsibilities

·        Delivery of multi discipline Systems Completion and Turnover activities.

·        Ensure a safe, quality, and timely project.

·        Ability to deliver multi discipline Systems Completion and Turnover activities.

·        Review system turnover packages and rectify the Gaps.

·        Develop System turnover schedule and co-ordinate with project stake holders.

·        Familiar with every aspect of achieving Mechanical Completion for the assigned systems or sub systems that are rolled up into a milestone.

·        Self-Motivated and diagnostic approach to resolving technical/construction issues towards completion.

·        Self-sufficient, understand P&IDs, Single line diagrams, piping ISO’s, development of work to go list and monitor through punch list completion.

·        Work with Package Owners, Contractors, Field supervision and Planners to achieve the Mechanical completion Milestones.

·        Interface with Vendors and supply chain to ensure all materials are in place to achieve mechanical completion.

·        Experience on Validation and commissioning is an advantage.
